*Must be a MidFirst consumer checking customer to qualify. All MidFirst loans are subject to credit approval. Rates are subject to change without notice, may vary by location and are based on creditworthiness, loan amount and loan-to-value ratio. Must be 18 years or older. Property insurance required, including flood insurance if applicable, on the property that secures the loan. Fees: There are no fees associated with this product except optional Rate Lock and Overdraft Protect fees. If you choose to lock a portion of the outstanding balance of the line of credit into permanent financing, a $50 lock fee will apply for each portion you choose to lock; $5,000 minimum lock amount; maximum three outstanding locks per line of credit. If you choose to enroll in Overdraft Protect, there will be a $30 annual fee assessed to the line of credit and a $12.50 per day transfer fee assessed to the linked checking account when a transfer is made. No Closing Costs: No closing costs means MidFirst pays all standard closing costs, including, but not limited to, title review, flood determination, closing and document fees and standard appraisal costs. HomeLine Card: Refer to your HomeLine Card Agreement for all terms and conditions. Automatic Debit Discount: A 0.50% discount is available for customers setting up an automatic debit from any MidFirst account. In the event the automatic debit is discontinued from the customer’s MidFirst account, the original loan rate will be reinstated effective immediately upon automatic debit discontinuation.
